This policy explains how Veliora Payments - FZCO collects, uses and protects personal data belonging to merchant representatives, cardholders and website visitors in connection with the Veliora Payments platform.

• Account and KYB data: business details, beneficial ownership, contact details.
• Transaction data: amounts, timestamps, tokenized payment instrument references.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, from platform usage.
• Communications: support tickets, sales inquiries, compliance correspondence.

Data is used to provide the platform, run risk and fraud checks, meet AML/KYC and card-scheme obligations, respond to support requests, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.

Processing relies on contract performance, legal obligation (including AML record- keeping requirements) and legitimate interest in preventing fraud. Data is retained for the periods required by applicable financial-services record-keeping rules, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Data may be shared with acquiring banks, card schemes, identity-verification providers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. Any processor acting on our behalf is bound by a data processing agreement.
